Kaitlyn Jo Smith: inspiration for Feed Trough

For our second project I wasn't looking at artists as much as I was looking at and thinking about agriculture.  It has been my experience that more labor equals more value.  I grew up in a blue collar family filled with farmers and factory workers.  Thus has me questioning the value in what I do a lot.  This project was my attempt at validating my practice by creating more , unnecessary, labor.
